She is the newly appointed President of Evermore Resort Orlando, where she is driving the next great chapter in hospitality: a first-of-its-kind, multi-generational resort destination that combines world-class accommodations, culinary innovation, wellness, and immersive programming on an unprecedented scale. Mullins has held senior executive roles with some of the world’s most respected hospitality companies, including serving as Vice President at The Walt Disney Company and Vice President at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. She is also a multiple-time General Manager of some of the world’s most celebrated hotels, where she built a reputation for operational excellence, cultural leadership, and bran d transformation. Most recently, Mullins served as Chief Operating Officer of Flâneur Hospitality and Managing Director of The Fifth Avenue Hotel in New York City, where she successfully launched and positioned the property as one of the world’s most acclaimed independent luxury hotels. Under her leadership, The Fifth earned 2 Michelin Keys, was named to Travel + Leisure’s “World’s Best” Awards, and ranked as the #1 Hotel in New York City by Travel + Leisure.
